Current promotions
In-chair teeth whitening, $699
What the offer is. In-chair teeth whitening for $699 including GST. This is the total cost for the treatment described below. There are no additional charges for the whitening appointment itself.
What is included.
One in-chair whitening appointment
INCLUDED: take-home top-up kit and custom trays
What is not included.
Your initial examination, x-rays and any hygiene appointment. These are charged separately at our usual fees.
Any treatment identified at your examination that needs to be completed before whitening, such as fillings or gum treatment.
Replacement of existing fillings, crowns or veneers to match your new shade, if you choose to have that done.
Eligibility.
Available to patients aged 18 and over.
A dental examination is required before whitening
Whitening is not suitable for everyone. Suitability is determined by your dentist at your examination based on the health of your teeth and gums and the type of discolouration present. If your dentist advises that whitening is not appropriate for you, or that other treatment is needed first, the offer cannot be redeemed until that is resolved. You will not be charged for the whitening treatment in that case.
Whitening is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
What to expect from the result. Whitening only affects natural tooth structure. Existing fillings, crowns, veneers and bridges will not change colour. The degree of change varies between individuals depending on the type and cause of the discolouration, and results are not permanent. Some people experience temporary tooth sensitivity or gum irritation during or after whitening. Your dentist will discuss what is realistic for your teeth before you proceed.
Other conditions.
Offer valid until 31/08/26
Not redeemable for cash and not transferable.
Payment is due at the time of treatment.
$100 deposit is taken for whitening booking
Claremont Dental Rooms may withdraw or amend this offer at any time. Any change will not affect an appointment already booked and confirmed.
Health fund rebates. Whitening is a cosmetic treatment, however some health funds provide a rebate. This can be checked prior to your appointment.
Gap-free check-up and clean for patients aged 18 to 25
What the offer is. A gap-free preventive dental appointment for patients aged 18 to 25 who hold eligible private health insurance with extras cover for general dental. Gap-free means you pay nothing on the day for the services listed below. We claim the applicable rebate directly from your health fund and waive any remaining difference.
What is included.
Comprehensive oral examination
Scale and clean (removal of plaque and calculus)
Fluoride application
Two bitewing x-rays and/or OPG where clinically indicated
What is not included. Any treatment beyond the services listed above. If your examination identifies decay, gum disease or anything else needing attention, we will explain it and give you a written, itemised quote before anything is booked. You are under no obligation to proceed.
Who is eligible.
Patients aged 18 to 25 at the date of the appointment.
You must hold private health insurance with extras cover that includes general dental. This includes cover held in your own name and cover held as a dependant on a family policy.
Available to all health funds.
Available to new and existing patients.
One appointment per person for the duration of the offer.
Important information about your cover. Gap-free depends on your fund paying a rebate for these services. You will need to pay the difference, or the full fee, if:
you have already used your annual dental limit for the year,
you are still within a waiting period for general dental,
your policy excludes or restricts general dental, or
your fund declines the claim for any other reason.
We check your cover before your appointment wherever possible, and we will tell you before treatment starts if there will be anything to pay. Nothing is charged without you knowing first. If you do not hold eligible extras cover, our standard fees apply, and we will let you know what they are before you attend.
Other conditions.
Offer valid from 03/08/2026 to 17/08/2026.
Bookings must be made and the appointment attended within the offer period.
Cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.
Not redeemable for cash and not transferable.
Our standard cancellation terms apply. Please give us notice if you cannot attend so the appointment can go to someone else.
Claremont Dental Rooms may withdraw or amend this offer at any time. Any change will not affect an appointment already booked and confirmed.
A note on why we are running this. Dental Health Week is an Australian Dental Association initiative held in the first full week of August. Young adults are the group most likely to skip regular dental visits, often at exactly the point they move off a parent's arrangements and start managing their own health. The point of this offer is to remove the cost decision from that first visit.

Previous offers
We keep a record of expired offers and their terms. If you have a question about an offer that has ended, contact us on (08) 6166 6342 or reception@claremontdentalrooms.com.au.
Appointments
Booking. Appointments can be made online, by phone on (08) 6166 6342, or by email. An online booking is confirmed once you receive confirmation from us.
Reminders. We send appointment reminders by SMS and email. Reminders are a courtesy. Not receiving one does not remove your responsibility for the appointment.
Changing or cancelling. We ask for at least 48 business hours' notice if you need to change or cancel. This lets us offer the time to someone else, often someone in pain.
Failure to attend. Where an appointment is missed without notice, or cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, your deposit may be forfeit. We apply this at our discretion and will generally not charge it the first time, or where there were circumstances outside your control.
Running late. If you arrive late we will do what we can, but we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment so that following patients are not delayed.
Fees, quotes and payment
Treatment plans. For any treatment beyond an examination, hygiene appointment or simple filling, you will receive a written treatment plan with itemised fees before treatment proceeds.
Quote validity. Written quotes are valid for 90 days from the date of issue. Laboratory and material costs change, and a longer gap may mean the quote needs revising.
Changes during treatment. Occasionally something is found during treatment that changes what is needed, for example decay that extends further than the x-ray showed. Where that changes the cost, we will stop and discuss it with you before continuing, unless doing so would leave you in pain or the tooth unprotected. In that case we will do what is needed to make you safe and comfortable and discuss the cost immediately afterwards.
Health fund estimates. Any rebate figure we give you is an estimate based on the information available to us. Your actual rebate depends on your policy, your remaining limits and any waiting periods, all of which are set by your fund. We recommend confirming with your fund directly. We are not responsible for a shortfall between an estimated and an actual rebate.
Preferred provider status. Preferred provider arrangements are agreements between us and individual health funds and can change. We update this website when they do, but check with your fund if it is material to your decision.
Payment. Payment is due at the time of treatment unless a payment arrangement has been agreed in advance. We accept EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also offer a number of payment plans (see payment plan/financing page)
Overdue accounts. Where an account remains unpaid, we may suspend further non-urgent treatment until it is settled. We will always contact you first.
Communications
We use your contact details to send appointment confirmations, reminders, recall notices, treatment information and occasional practice updates.
You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP to an SMS, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or telling reception. Appointment reminders and clinically necessary communications will continue unless you ask us to stop those as well.
How we collect, store and handle your personal and health information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Patient reviews and feedback
We value feedback and would rather hear about a problem directly than read about it later.
If something has not met your expectations, please contact our practice manager on manager@claremontdentalrooms.com.au or call (08) 6166 6342. We will acknowledge your concern and work through it with you.
We do not publish patient reviews or testimonials on this website. Under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law, businesses providing regulated health services are not permitted to use testimonials in advertising. This is a legal restriction rather than a reflection of the feedback we receive.
